I can’t even begin to name the list of nightmares my family member has experienced in less than a month to the point he isn’t even staying in the unit. Don’t be fooled by none of these fake 5 star reviews from bots. Im promise moving here will ruin and infest everything you bring :)"

"We have lived here now going on our 2nd year. I absolutely love it. They neighbors are nice. The office staff are very welcoming and happy to help. The maintenance guys are awesome. I have had to call a few times but they are here quick and so far there hasn’t been anything they can’t fix. It’s is a peaceful and quiet street. I live on the Grand Ave side. Very close to downtown J-Town. We’ve actually walked it a couple times. I would recommend living here to everyone."

"I’ve lived here almost 2 years. This is my 6th place I’ve lived since moving here and this is the only place I’ve truly felt satisfied with. The models are cute and upgraded, I love my shower tile and kitchen tile. Location is perfect with playgrounds, coffee shops, free markets, thrift stores and more in walking distance. Other places I’ve lived had a lot of turnover at the leasing office but it’s been pretty much the same two ladies forever for us. Prim and Rosie are amazing and you felt heard when you need something. Maintenance is always helpful and quick and trustworthy. They ALWAYS call before entering and that’s big for me. I’m looking forward to upgrading to a 2 bedroom soon and a 3rd year with union at jtown!"

"I would give a 0 star if I could. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. ROACH infested!! Roaches everywhere from the first day we moved in. They don’t have enough maintenance people. So when you have a maintenance issue it will take weeks/ months for them to get to you. An even then they won’t fix your problem. There quick to give you an eviction too!! Even though they don’t hold up there end of the lease agreement."

"MAJOR PEST INFESTATION!! From the moment we moved in, it was instant regret! We moved in the middle of summer, our air was not working. We were told maintenance would be over to fix it, they never came even after numerous calls. After two weeks, my boyfriend figured out how to get into the ceiling and turned the ac unit on himself. WELL. They apparently turned it off because it leaks. So if we wanted cool air, we had to put a bucket underneath the ceiling. About two weeks later we had a BAT physically in our apartment. It was around midnight so my boyfriend captured it in a box and threw it outside. The following day we called the office, Blanca asked us “how did you know it was a bat” and offered no resolution. We called the health department and code enforcement. Now we are towards the end of our lease and there have been 4 bats on different occasions inside the main building hallway. They simply send maintenance over to beat the bats with brooms, then sweep them in a trash bag. The health department was able to come out one day and test a bat in their lab. Guess what? RABIES. So I hope you don’t have pets. There are rats running around the parking lot at night. If you’re on the first floor you can hear them in your walls, just lovely. There have been bats, rats, roaches, leaks, mold… and they do absolutely nothing about it. The office manager Stacy was the worst and Blanca is right behind her. There is a serious infestation here and they need to just tear these apartments down! They seem nice at first due to renovations, but there are serious health hazards here."
