"First of all ima say it was nice at first then the people over here started getting ghetto and the walls a thin we can hear everything through the walls can’t even sleep without hearing foot steps in stomping the kids over here is bully’s it’s just not it ."

"First let me say I lived there for almost 2 years. Really didn’t have many issues as though I stayed to myself and would speak and talk with neighbors from time to time. I can say I was truly blessed not to have major issues. The apartments are no doubt not built with the best materials therefore you can hear everything. It’s unfortunate when people don’t understand to mindful when you live over someone to kind of limit extra noise. But one thing for sure it taught me everyone lives differently. I treated my neighbors that lives underneath me the way I wanted to be treated . I have kids and she didn’t even know because I kept them quiet out of respect of her work hours. But again everyone doesn’t think the same. I say the main problem was the children not been raised by the parents . Kids were a major problem running in and out of hallways and up against peoples cars. Again I was very blessed to be able to communicate with most in a way where they would stop . I needed the place at the time so it did come as a blessing and I did learn a whole lot in that every one does live differently. On the bright side I did meet a lot of beautiful people and for that I’m grateful. It just came to a point that it was gonna pay 1100 in rent I might as well get a home and Thank God I was Blessed to do so and not having anyone live over me is LOVE too. It really doesn’t matter sometimes where you live because it’s always gone be someone that can be a problem. I’m blessed I got my entire deposit back quickly as though we kept the unit very nice. The staff up front I had no issues with any of them Blessed again. I just say that hopefully things get better for others."

"Wow! When I drove up and entered the complex, Wow! Breathe taking! Amazed with the high quality development. The leasing office atmosphere is luxury and classy. Its a home away from home by itself with board games for kids to enjoy and a computer room and much more. Don't leave without a tour of the clubhouse. There is quality enjoyment for everyone, great scenery from the clubhouse patio. Derek was very professional and a great host throughout the process! He showed a two bedroom floor plan that was amazing and a cozy open floor plan to call home! Please come out and check these hidden jewels before they fill up fast! Am hoping I will call this place my home soon! As a community lets take pride in keeping our grounds clean! Its our home we love!"

"I went and toured the complex again today and i must say I loved how nice they are. They are very beautiful apartments! And Derek is so polite and helpful! If I had any questions, he was the guy to go to. Everyone is very nice here! Do you need a new apartment? This is the place to check out."
