"I have both my kids here, one for after school/summer for a year and the other full time for almost 2. I couldn't ask for a better center. They both love their teachers, all the teachers to be exact. Each one shows extreme patience and kindness to all the kids and treat them like one of their own! There's only one negative I can think of and it's that they don't offer a bus to pick up kids from other schools. BTW is the only school that will provide bus service here. So for those of us who need after school, there's not a lot of options to get them from Neidig or Elgin Elementary."

"Wife here on my hubby’s account for safety reasons: This review is overdue. I am incredibly satisfied with the services my children and I get from Treehouse. Originally I placed one of my twins here as an experiment because we thought he may be on the spectrum. Within weeks my son was speaking better, effectively communicating, and learning so much! So a few months later I enrolled his twin. A year later and my kids LOVE going to daycare. I fell in love with the staff. The owner (Ms. Paula) and her daughter (Ashley) are very transparent and patient. I was having trouble with a few documents and Ms. Paula stayed on me and walked me through what was expected. As a busy working mom, I needed that. The staff feels like family. Peace of mind is everything when your littles are in the care of others: I know I can reach out to Ms. Michelle or Ms. Gypsy through the app and get an immediate response. I also love how secure and clean the facility is. I am very satisfied with my decision to place my twins (Pandemic babies) here. Thank you Treehouse!! Xoxoxo"

"Unstable and unreliable owner (and office staff). Even though the teachers are pleasant and facility appears nice, it’s very unfortunate having had dealings with the owner who is very emotionally unstable and who’s daughter that works in the office clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Biggest regret is ever having brought my son here, only to be emotionally crushed by the mean spirited woman running the facility."
