"Well, this is not your average thrift shop where you'll find plastic containers and stained baseball caps. Lions Thrift appeared to be pretty good with their selection. The staff was friendly and there was a line awaiting the cashier for purchases. The prices are straight-away affordable and they don't price gouge like Goodwill. Parking can be pretty limited, especially on the weekends."
"I visit the store maybe once a month. I used to buy some items but in the last 8 months everything is over priced! Today I saw some fleece panrs and the price was $9.99. Really? They were not in the best shape but something I could wear at home or while crafting. Back in August, I found some men's shorts, no price tag. The lady in charge wouldnt sell them! You would think that she would like to make a sale, but NO. Ever since she took over, the Lions Thrift store is not the same."
"Nice thrift store without the Austin overpriced items. I donate there a lot, it’s for a good cause for the children. Plus it’s a bonus being helped by Gilda and her cheerful attitude."
