"I recently had some wind damage and filed a claim. My agent sent a adjuster out and he flew a drone over my house and didn’t even get on a ladder to physically inspect the roof. Technology is great and all but that is very shady in my opinion. So I requested a second physical inspection of the roof and low and behold they found 3x the damage. Just be cautious and do your research and take your time because they will try and rush the process and close your claim as soon as possible. I have been a customer with Indiana Farm Bureau for over 20 years and didn’t expect to get such low level service."

"Although the insurance is reasonably priced and the agents are knowledgeable, the office staff will tell you your payment is going to be one price and then your bank account will be charged more. I do not recommend auto withdraw of your premium payment. Also, when you bring this discrepancy to their attention, they will never take responsibility for the incorrect information that they give. They will blame "home office" to no end. In other words, it is never their fault."
