"WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!! I took my son here because he needed his ADHD medication filled. We saw DR. PATEL at 9:30am on Thurs. and she said she would call his prescription in shortly after are appointment. I called back at noon and they said she hadn't had a chance to call it in but that she would do so shortly. I called several times after that and actually drove over there at 3pm and they said she had left for the day and wouldn't be back until next Tues. They said she would call it in by the end of the day. It is now 8pm and the pharmacy said she never called it in!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ITS OBVIOUS THAT SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS WELL BEING. IM REPORTING THIS TO HEALTH GRADES AS WELL."

"My experience with River Ridge has been less than stellar at this point. We have been trying to get my sons ADHD medication for over 3 weeks now and the staff is less than helpful. The doctor only seems to be in 1 day a week and we cannot get his prescription filled until she approves it. The medication he's on is in short supply so if we do find a pharmacy that has it, we need the prescription transferred to that pharmacy asap and if the doctor is not in... we're just screwed. The staff rarely answer the phone but when they do they are rude and say there is nothing they can do. I find it hard to believe that after 3 weeks you cannot inform the doctor of the issue we're having and get your patient the medicine they need.... Update: I was contacted by management and my issue was resolved. I appreciate the fact that Emily reached out and she was courteous as well as professional."

"Let me share with you the challenges of relocating to a new city, far away from my previous home, and the struggles of traveling over 2 1/2 hours to visit our old pediatrician. Sadly, after the sale of his company, the quality of care just wasn't the same anymore. Having been with him for over 15 years, finding a new pediatrician became a priority this past year. Finally, I managed to carve out some time from my busy schedule to reach out to a couple of offices in search of a suitable replacement. Last week, when I initially called this particular office, the person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and helpful, addressing all my concerns before even making a decision to choose them. Scheduling was a breeze, and they accommodated my children's appointments back-to-back over a two-day span. Upon our arrival, we swiftly filled out the necessary paperwork and were promptly taken to the back. We were attended to by a nurse practitioner named Karin. Initially, I had my sights set on seeing Dr. Patel due to the positive things I had heard about her. However, after my experience with Karin, I think I'll stick with her. She was incredibly thorough, providing comprehensive answers to all my questions about my children's health. Without any hesitation, she promptly made the necessary referrals to ensure my kids stay up-to-date with their medical needs. I have another visit scheduled for tomorrow with my other two children. It's incredibly challenging when you move to a new city and have to find a pediatric office that won't rush you or dismiss your concerns, claiming that they know best simply because they are the doctors. Karin, on the other hand, truly listened and displayed impeccable bedside manner. I must also commend Karin for her exceptional handling of my autistic son's physical examination, which was a completely new experience for him. He felt quite uncomfortable initially, but Karin managed to create a comfortable environment for him, allowing him to go through the procedure with ease. She even engaged him in conversation about puberty and other topics that made him laugh and feel like a big boy. I was immensely proud of him for handling the situation so well during his first-time experience. All in all, I absolutely loved my first encounter with Karin."

"I cannot say enough good things about NP Rachel. We have been seeing her since my now 11 year old was an infant, and we followed her to RR pediatrics when she moved. She is by far the most caring, compassionate provider I have ever encountered. We now live over an hour away, but its worth the drive to continue seeing her! The office staff is also wonderful to work with, they are always able to get us in same day if needed."

"We love River Ridge Pediatrics! My son is now 2 and has seen Mrs. Rachel for every well check since birth, she is fantastic! We have worked with almost every member of the team for sick visits and always find it easy to schedule a last minute visit. We’ve worked with Dr Gipson a lot and she always takes the time to hear any of our concerns and explain what’s going on/how to treat. We always feel relieved after being seen and can’t imagine going through that first year of life and daycare without this group of physicians helping guide us!"
