"I can't trust you if you dont protect my children. One low life caretaker was reported by another caregiver at the school that she witness my 1 year old daughter hair being pulled by another staff. The owner told me both ladies quit the same day. The owner couldn't tell me the name of the lady who quit for me to file a complaints with CPS. Then the owner,sent a text and told me it best we part ways and find another childcare for my children in the middle of the week."
"My kids have been in other Daycares that are way expensive. However, when we moved to this location my kids have never been happier. The teachers are so nice and attentive to all the kids. Their academic curriculum is excellent, my 3 year old already knows how to write words and l haven’t teach her that at all, but l have to give all the credit to the teachers. The food is not can food, their menu is full of rich nutrients dishes and real homemade food ( enchiladas, nachos, pasta with veggies, tacos, burritos, scramble eggs, pancakes, etc...) I’m so happy to find this facility. We are wanted to move to the woodlands area for the longest, but one reason of waiting is because we are afraid not to find a daycare like this one."
"My two sons have been going to this daycare for almost a year, the owners are very sweet, and my kids love their teachers so much!! My 4 year old can be quite a handful and this daycare has never had an issue controlling his behavior in a very professional way! Both of my kids have learned so much since they have started attending Rain Tree. I was a little skeptical at first just due to the area and the age of the facility, but the care is top notch!"
