"Started off nice. Front desk, managers are kind and welcoming. But when it came to teachers- every time we asked how he was doing with learning or how the day was it ended with “I don’t really know.” We started getting calls frequently to pick up our son. Had a meeting and there was an action plan but it wasn’t implemented. A month later we finally gave up and I thought my sons behavior was just a major issue. Maybe we as parents were doing something wrong. But then- Teachers never said hi and just glared as we walked in. I watched another kid wrestle a chair from the teacher, throw it, stand and jump on it. One of the teachers stood next to him with her hands in her pockets just saying “stop. Please stop. Don’t do that.” Another sat at a table across the room saying the same. And I knew- my child was having normal feelings for his age. They just don’t have the training or skills to work through them. As one of the more expensive schools in the area/ I would say it’s not worth it. The ladies at the front are very kind and lovely. There’s just work to be done from the teachers. It’s not an easy job- I recognize that. But you don’t get to call it quits, call parents to take time off work without implementing your action plan- and still get paid for the day from families. My son started to hate going to school and he used to beg me to take him even when I was off. We started someplace new, and he’s excited again. They’re already planning to move him up an age room cause he knows too much. Do your research- find what’s best for your family. There was one star lady that would be in his room from time to time here. She greeted my son with the biggest smile, called him by name, ran up and hugged him. I could tell he was happy she was there too. She was kind to me and told me how she felt about my son and his learning. We hardly saw her and I wish I knew her name. Teaching is hard. I’ve taught a room of 29 4 year olds. It’s. Hard. Good days and bad. She had the passion for it and I wish her all the best. When she was there- we never got a call. We got pictures on the app and what he was doing. When she wasn’t- we never did."

"Our two daughters have gone to Primrose of West Pearland and both have had wonderful experiences. The staff are incredibly attentive and you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the children. Moreover they go to great lengths to ensure that children have a happy experience; particularly at drop off. The school is very clean and organized. The playgrounds are very nice and the kiddos love splash pad during the summer."

"This is absolutely the best preschool! My youngest is a current student and my oldest who is 15 went here as well. I am a complete helicopter parent and worry about my kids when they are not with me, but I can honestly say this is a place where I feel my kids are safe and well taken care of! I love them for that! P.S Mrs Lopez and Mrs Olson are the absolute best !"

"Would not recommend this location or Primrose schools! After countless communication with the staff pertaining to my speech delayed child, they stated they couldn't watch him one on one. That's not what the specialize in. I had numerous of issues with this location. They do not have cameras and I caught my 2 year old running around with a map pencil when I spoke to the front desk they stated they will make sure to let the teachers know. I asked the front desk why they allow 2 years olds to play with map pencils, I was responded with an attitude. When we received a call because my child continued to bite other kiddos ( a habit he learned at this school), the administration looked shock when I told them my child was speech delayed. I told them I notified this school multiple times since Nov of this. This just shows how out of touch this place is. Good luck having your child attend this school. They do not watch the kids. The ratio is 22 kids in a room with 1 teacher and 2 help staff. I regret not taking my son out sooner. They never respond to parent messages barely send pictures, when I heard other school actually sending videos to parents, I was shocked! I didnt event know videos were an option in the procare app. The kicker is when they said they tried doing sign language to help communicate with him, I responded and said that was for two days after I told yall he can speak sign language. Needless to say, the constant notes started when I was extremely upset with this location because my child came home with a swollen knee on Friday and I wasnt notifed. I had to take him to ER because of course the teacher who released him to my husband didnt know how this happened."

"Primrose has exceeded my expectations in childcare. My son has been going to Primrose since he was 2. Within 2 months of being there he was fully potty trained. Anytime I've had any kind of concern they are quick to action. My son loves Mrs. Todd, Mrs. Lopez and Ms. Ashleigh. My son just turned 5 and has been reading for a while now. I look forward to Primrose providing after school care once my son starts school. Love this place!"
