"I absolutely love Primrose so far. The older infant teachers, miss pelican and miss p, are very experienced. My husband and I love the little things they do for our baby girl that show us they care. She happily reaches for them at drop off and comes home happy. We leave to work everyday at peace knowing she is going to be well taken care of. I’m so grateful to have found this facility as we had a horrible experience at the previous one. Thank you primrose for taking in our baby girl with open arms and love."

"We signed all the paperwork and paid the tuition and deposit. The money they took from us was more because it was for the package which included being picked up from school and transported to the daycare when school lets out. However, when school started this year, guess who did not call us to say they had a place for our kid? Previously they told us they had no doubt about availability when summer was over. When asked, they now said they might could squeeze our kid into a classroom, but couldn't provide transportation. Despite not fulfilling their promises in writing for which they were paid extra, they will not refund our money. They claim to have one special needs child. We believe they have 1-2 special needs children so they can say they do, but skipped over our child for other children. They like to blame a secret waiting list that is whatever they say. You can't hide statistics. If they've been around for years and wanted to help special needs, they would already have more enrolled. Their agreement has fees that are outrageous. For example, they charge ten dollars a minute if you're late. Yes you read that right. I hope you don't ever have an emergency and are fifteen minutes late. In the contract, they also make it seem like if you should complain about something going on, they will kick your kid out. It is very one sided."

"The BEST daycare around! I never once had any concerns about who I was leaving my child with. The teachers and staff are amazing and truly care about your child. They have very low staff turnover as well, which speaks volumes about this facility."

"I'm so impressed with the educational curriculum at this school. My 2 yr old daughter started attending this school Oct 2022 and Jan 2023, I noticed a big difference in her communication. She went from not speaking at all, to, reciting her A, B, Cs; she can count from 1-10; and knows her basic colors & shapes! I love the updates about my daughter's activities on their app; they encourage a potty training schedule daily and provide nutritious meals. The entire staff is friendly, and a BIG Thank you, and recognition to her teacher, Miss. Jolivett, for all that she does for my daughter and all the children in her class."
