"I think it is very important to my husband and I that our daughters attend a daycare where they are safe, cared for, treated with decency and respect. We are very involved, and have gotten to know all the teachers. The director, Mrs. Manola, runs a tight shift which we appreciate. It is reassuring to know there is someone who will address your concerns, hold individuals accountable, and ensure our needs are being met. Mrs. Manola's expectations and views align with ours; She is the reason we chose MKU. I believe a business is as good as their leader. Staff will always follow by example, and will naturally do the right thing when accountability is involved. I trust her and I hope she can continue to have teachers who are loving, friendly, respectful, and enthusiastic. As these things allow a child to thrive in a school environment. Additionally, Mrs. G and Mrs. Delci are our favorite teachers! They are loving, experienced, highly qualified in their educational role. We have seen our daughter flourish, and feel confident she is in the hands of two great individuals. They do so many activities to keep children engaged all while learning. We can tell they put a lot of effort in their daily lesson plans. Lastly, my infant attends MKU as well. Unlike the older friends, infants are dependent and have many needs. They are hungry constantly, need diaper changes, enjoy snuggles as well as interaction with eye contact, and most of all lots of love. Initially, there were two teachers who we were very fond of. Any mother knows how difficult as well as emotional it is to leave your newborn baby to go back to work. I immediately saw how safe and attended to my baby was. This made the transition smooth and I left to work feeling at ease. When we were looking for a daycare, we focused on the infant environment as this was a priority. The baby room at MKU was very organized, clean, and peaceful. I decided to give 4 stars rather than 5 because the current situation is the complete opposite from everything I previously mentioned. Mrs. Luz who was not one of the original teachers, is there caring for the infants by herself. There have been plenty of times where I stay to feed or change my baby, considering she is attending to another baby. Although, the teachers help each other, God forbid they are short staff in another classroom because immediate availability is not guaranteed. At that point, Mrs. Luz has to figure out how to attend to three infants crying (including mine, luckily I am still there to help mine) which no human can effectively do. I have been very concerned leaving my infant under the care of someone who seems flustered, overwhelmed, and not supported. I believe Mrs. Luz is a gifted teacher, but anyone under these circumstances cannot perform at the best of their ability. Infants need caregivers who are at peace and happy otherwise you are putting the type of care they receive at risk. This is not something that sits lightly with us, and expect a solution asap. The tuition for infants is costly with the impression that our baby will be attended to with high regards. I miss seeing my baby be carried all the time and received with excitement. We hope things can go back to how they were when we first enrolled her otherwise we will have to seek other options. Side note we have referred several friends and family members with babies based off our initial experience. I will gladly return to give five stars and update my comment once changes have been established in the infant room. Two main teachers are needed here to provide consistency to babies."

"Such an amazing school! We toured others before enrolling and we didn’t actually find any TRUE Montessori schools in Spring. When you walk into MKU you can see all the sensory/work/play stations strategically set up around the classroom as you would in a TRUE Montessori school. I love that the teachers truly care about the children and their growth. We received daily updates/reports/pictures that walk us through the entire time our son is in class. It’s just an amazing school!"
