"Friendly customer service, but not great prices. Unfortunately I failed to do my due diligence before purchasing. Total Wine & More had the same bottle of Garrison Brothers for $45 less. Additionally, the WL Weller 12 price was $60, where Total Wine had it for $35. Nice enough place, but not great for the wallet ."
"I've been there many many times since I live across the street, today I went looking to spend more than $100, easily...well I asked the "lady" behind the counter (the one with short red hair) a simple question, she answers extremely rude! I work at costumer service and would have never answer that way! NEVER! SO F***k her and her rude self. rather spend my money else where."
