"Horrible place to go in the mornings. For some reason it had become a rig station. 6 rigs have started blocking all the pumps, entrances, and all around path for just making it thru the parking lot over the last month. The drinks are never stocked. Managers got a bad attitude."
"I use to be the 1A at a store in Dallas and grew up in Wichita KS with QT. The service has gone down hill and the prices have gone up. I stop for the tea and they are always cleaning them during the 5pm rush it doesn't make sense. The store is always dirty. What ever happened to up keeps. Floors doors and counters. The staff doesn't care about the customer or the experience. Done with this QT"
"An employee tried to pocket $5 dollars in change. I purchased a drink with a 10 dollar bill. He closed the register with the 5 dollar bill in his hand (he had only given me a dollar and some change back). When I asked for the remaining amount, he handed me the 5, I asked what that was about and why he didn't give me all my change back, and his response was, "I had a brain fart", it's laughable because I caught him red handed. It's 2024, do these employees really think we're not counting our change? That's why I pay in cash!"
"This is one of my favorite gas stations to go to and I was having a bad morning this morning so I wanted to go to QT. I walk in and Nicholas N. (If I spelled your name wrong I'm sorry) had the biggest smile and called out to me in a very enthusiastic tone and said "Welcome back!" While pointing at me and it immediately made my day better! And as I walked around I would pass the register, and every time I did he would point at me and say "My man!" Which made me smile. He even tried giving a fistbump to someone and gave me a double high-five! That man's smile, his positivity, and how he handles customers is the best! It makes me wanna see him every time I walk in that store. He interacts with every person he sees and is a light to everyone in the store! Thank you Nicholas for what you do!"
