"My oldest son is now 14, and started Ragratz when he was 4. I absolutely love the staff, and every single one of these employees, have my trust. I love the fact that its been the same employees working here for years. I have a total of 4 boys, and all have attended, and I've never had any major problem, your only typical scrape on the knee from falling down outside. My 4 yr old is learning so much. He adores Ms. Valenzuela and Ms.Avila. The owner is really attentive to parents and she keeps it exciting for the kiddos, to field trips, movies, parks, and we as parents don't pay for extra's. Ms. Garza takes the complete bill. I wouldn't trust any other daycare to care for my boys."

"Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my children get excited about going to daycare here. I love the feeling that my children feel that this is a home away from home. I have 3 children my oldest 12 and they have all started here as babies.The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and I very thankful to them. I would not trust any other daycare to take care of my children. I really recommend them to any family looking for childcare."

"The child of my friend attends this place and I can say the teachers are nice the child of my friend has learned to socialize and she is happy everytime she sees her teachers I don't give it 5 starts because I think they should have more employees."

"This daycare is not fit! My son went there for 3 days. Each time I picked him up he was dirty. The last day I picked him up his hair was matted with food and he smelled horrible. He had a diaper rash. They didn't change him correctly. They don't allow parents in and they leave the children unattended to bring in other kids. In my opinion this daycare isn't fit for dogs!!"

"My niece was going to this daycare not even 2 weeks and miss Rodriguez scratched and bruised her where you can tell she was picking up my niece by one arm grabbing her with force causing an Indian burn on her forarm and under her armpit. Do not recommend bringing your baby’s here mind you my niece is only 10 months old. Miss Rodriguez is still working there and management does not care of the situation or when cops were called you can definitely tell by all the works attitudes that’s I’m most likely not the first parent to complain about and issue like this. If I can give no stars I would. This place needs to be shut down"
