"Christina reached out to me in February 2022 to mention my Kids were ready to start from their Waitlist. I attempted on several occasions to contact Christina, left messages with the Receptionist and voice mails, no return calls back. I even reached out to her Manager, no luck. We're now in the new School Year, September 2022, still nothing. I've been in Customer Service for quite some time now and the principle of this matter is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Aren't we supposed to also put faith and trust with After School Programs as well? On top of that, pay Registration Fees and monthly costs? WHAT A FRUSTRATING SITUATION TO BE PUT IN ALL SO I CAN GET MY KIDS SOME EXTRA ACTIVITIES AFTER SCHOOL!"

"I went through this place for a free mammogram back in February this year. A few weeks later I received a bill for it. I immediately called the lady that set it up for me and was told it would be taken care of. Fast forward to last month (September) I get a bill from River City collections for this free mammogram that I was told was handled. I called River City imaging and told them what was going on and they said they would look into it. I also called Ms. Cruz at YWCA and told her and she said she would do the same thing. I was callled back a few days later by both parties stating that the bill had INDEED been taken care of and it would be removed from their collections dept. Fast forward today, I get an email from EQUIFAX about 2 new derrogatory accounts. Both from River city imaging!!! Stay away from this place!!!"

"Words can not explain how much I appreciate the Y for being there for me, and my children. Both my children started there as BABIES now they are all finished with the program and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the outcome. The staff, EVERY SINGLE ONE is beyond amazing and engaging. Also our birthday party turned out GREAT with the pool and gym! I will truly miss the YWCA"
