"At first they had availability until I told them my son was very active then they suddenly had no slots open"
"Our babies have been going here since infancy. There is nowhere we would rather send our children. We know that when they are at HCR, they are safe, loved, and having fun! HCR is always doing something unique. One of my favorite memories was when they had a snowcone truck, or maybe it’s the annual Thanksgiving, or maybe it’s simply just chatting with the friendly staff every morning. They have awesome communication and a beautiful facility. I can’t say enough great things about this place."
"My grandson is still relatively new to this facility, but in the short time he has been there we already see big changes. He LIKES going and always says he has a good day when we pick him up. Unfortunately we had some major issues with a prior daycare and this was causing him a lot of anxiety. Things have gotten so much better since we made the switch to HCR"

"Beautiful building Terrible and irresponsible staff. Because their facility looks modern, they dare to treat people however they want and hire the worst teachers ever possible! One teacher did not give breakfast to my child for whole year and her excuse was that when I ask her if you want breakfast she says no. A three year old child says No! Lol! They also have constant school close days on irregular timings with made up excuses! If there a holiday for Martians, here on Earth they call the school close! You’re basically paying for them to work whenever they want and send your kid home whenever they feel like it! They close the school for electricity! Water leakage, teacher close days, all the holidays of calendar and ect… and guess what! All with your money! And their terrible attitude! Ma’am at the end of the day, even if you have the most beautiful building in San Antonio, this is not Harvard university! You are changing diapers! So be humble and responsible!"
