"Leaving this review because the front desk admin couldn’t be bothered. I will admit - I am a new patient who tried to get my toddler in at 3pm on a Thursday. Which would surely be a feat, but the receptionist told me she “would have to register her as a new patient and couldn’t get to it till next week.” At least lie to me and tell me you don’t have availability… So I called Pediatrics of Boerne right after- they got me in at next available and took all needed info, over the phone, in 5 minutes."

"My wife and I had our first child very recently and we were searching for a family-owned and operated pediatrician. If this is what you are looking for, don't look any further. This is a very simple, personable, and professional operation. Starting with the office manager, setting up the first appointment and relaying information to new parents; to having thorough visits with Dr. Riebel and her nurses, we have been nothing short of impressed."

"We took our newborn to Happy hearts when he was 1 week old (in June 2023) and had a very unpleasant experience. 1. The receptionist was a teenage girl and scantily clad which made me feel I'm at a tennis match than at a pediatrician. 2. We had some biling issues and it took countless efforts and calls to make them call us back and the issue was still not resolved. 3. I believe the whole unit is run by a family including front desk staff and the doctor herself did a poor job of examining our newborn. 4. We were given incorrect information about the height percentile about our newborn. 5. We ended up paying $150 for a worthless visit and we will not go there again."

"I was able to book an appointment to establish care for my daughter immediately online (so convenient) and there were plenty of available appointments to choose from. Dr. Riebel comes off as a very genuine, compassionate person and she took ample time to get to know us and us to get to know her. She did not rush anything during our next appointment, a 3 year old well visit, and was able to give a plethora of wonderful suggestions on various things. She clearly knows her stuff, it is evident that she and her team care about the comprehensive well being of your child and that they will be available should anything urgent ever occur. I wish my child would never get ill or injured, but knowing that when those things do arise that we have such a caring and wonderful team to bring her to is extremely reassuring!"

"We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new pediatrician and found Dr. Riebel. She was amazing! We felt so comfortable talking to her about all of our concerns and questions. She never made us feel like we were rushed. She really took her time to explain everything. Some of the questions and concerns that were brushed off by their previous pediatrician were answered too. So glad to have found her!"
