She has made our experience amazing and I am so glad she has taken over and made this facility so great. I don’t regret my decision in putting my children in her facility and would do it all over again!"

"I was always iffy about putting my children in daycare but then I had no choice so enrolled my babies in this facility & they were good but then a new director has taken over a few weeks ago or so and it’s been absolutely AMAZING! She is making it such a better place & the love she has for all the kids is just wonderful. She’s really taking it over the moon, I believe her name is Michelle collis. "After attending Childcare Network for 3 years I was getting notices from the bus driving that the facility would not open the door when my son was dropped off after school. They reported that they would have to go to the back and asked to have someone open the door in which the worker replied they would have to call the facility as they could not do that. When I complained the director said she would not leave the classroom to allow my son access. I made a formal complaint to the main office and got no reply. The final blow was when the director told the bus driver that my son could no longer be dropped off. The school had to call me and tell me this. The director has no social skills, refuses to make a phone call when they close the classrooms and instead will send a email that your child must be picked up. She passes any phone calls off to someone else and refuses to speak to you directly. She put my sons safety in question on numerous occasions. My son misses his friends at the network and especially Ms Elizabeth who really takes an interested in all the students there. He now goes to the YMCA after school and loves it. Wished I had made the switch months ago after all the staff at the network left. This place should be shut down. Absolutely the worse."

"Do not send your children here if you want reliable daycare! Our child was enrolled here from 2021 through December 2022. At first there were lots of classroom closings due to covid but we were understanding and tried to make it work. Once covid slowed down the classroom closings never stopped. There were many days the toddler room opened late causing either my husband or I to be late to work. Then there were days the classroom was closed completely with very little notice causing us to miss work entirely. They then started only accepting the first 6 toddlers. In order to get my child in to daycare I had to show up and wait in a line outside before the daycare even opened at 6am to ensure my child had a spot for the day. I still receive emails stating their toddler and three year old rooms are at capacity and they can’t take any more children for the day. It’s unfortunate that this daycare is one of the only childcare facilities in the Hamburg area. If you’re needing daycare in the Hamburg area it would be worth the drive to take your children elsewhere. By the way, do not be fooled by the overall rating of 3.6 stars! There are no good reviews in the last 2 years*"

"They were good for years until now. For 6+ months you get emails every morning saying certain rooms are first come, first served so you have to rush to get there for childcare. That’s if the email doesn’t say your room is closed. All the good employees either quit or were fired. We kept staying in hopes that the new Director would turn it around. But she seems disinterested and does not communicate or acknowledge the problems at all. We finally left. It’s a shame because it’s a great location. But do not bothering enrolling. You will never have consistent childcare, and that’s the point of a daycare!"
