"If you need help with anything ask for Kenneth he is hilarious & will help you with what you need. If he doesn’t have the answer he will get you with the right person to help you. He loaded everything on a huge cart & loaded the whole car for my sister & I. Michelle is the wine guru & will keep you at or under budget. We went in for a large amount of alcohol for a wedding in a week and couldn’t have asked for better help!"
"The manager is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met on the face of the earth. I am a delivery driver through a service that THEY ask to use to fulfill their delivery needs. Door dash makes you verify your identity through the app AKA they have your information. GA the state I am from now does digital IDS so I literally do not have a physical ID. I do not look “young”. I walk into the store, there is two young girls working one register, the line is backed up, all the while they’re just giggling away. After patiently waiting for serval minutes I ask one of the young ladies to help me, rudely the young girl says “the red button with the note that says hit for assistance hit that and someone will come” I go hit the button and wait again. No one comes, the button then stops flashing so I hit it again. No one still I then inform them I see my order I can grab it if they are busy. Then managers rush out of the back saying I was being rude and this and that. Completely unprofessional unacceptable.this store needs better management, it starts with managers, if you have lazy employees often times they see that from the top. Leaders create good work place environments. This location is not one of them."
"Attended our first wine class together. Viva La France. They shared information that provided knowledge and where different grapes are grown and the wine made from it. We tasted reds, whites, rose and champagne. There were light bites perfect for pairing with your wine. Definitely drink responsibly because there is the potential to get lit! If you're looking for a chill date night with your boo or just hanging with friends, this is a very nice outing."
