"I previously left a 5 star review for this daycare but no longer feel that way. When my son first started attending, he had a great teacher, stability and did extremely well. The front office staff are extremely accessible which is a plus. However, since he turned 3, he has had constant transition with teachers and at one point was moved from a teacher he was very bonded to with no notice and no transitional period and they punished him when he had a behavioral reaction. The closer he has gotten to 4, the more difficulty he has had taking naps (as many this age do) and this daycare has been completely unable and unwilling to accommodate a child that doesn’t or cannot nap. He has been expected to stay quiet and still for the entire 2 hour nap time school wide and regulate himself. My understanding is that he doesn’t get any sort of enrichment or interaction with teachers, but just left to entertain himself. Like any 3 year old, he is developmentally unable to do so. This has become a very negative time period for him and he has (as you’d expect) started acting out inappropriately, resulting in the daycare kicking him out mid week. We have asked for ideas and how we can help them deal with the issues but when we have asked for help brainstorming solutions we have been met with no assistance and have just been forced to pick him up early each time (basically rewarding him) and they just say “i don’t know what to do”. This daycare set us up to fail and has been intolerant despite their own agreement that our child is great the entire rest of the day. They did not follow their own parenting handbook for how to deal with disciplinary issues. This place is probably best suited for infants and young toddlers as they are unequipped and understaffed to be able to accommodate typical developmental periods for a preschooler ."

"Ms. Nicole and her staff are wonderful. We used to go to the Angel House in PRP, (2014-2020) but moved closer to the Hunsinger location and transferred our school age child there in the Fall of 2020. During school shut downs, because of COVID, the teachers all worked hard to make sure our school age kids were doing online homework and staying focused on school work. They followed all CDC regulations and always wore masks and sanitized. My kid is so happy here, made lots of friends, and loves all the staff. I would recommend this location to anyone searching for childcare. Ms. Nicole loves these kids so much and you can tell."
