"I called to get my prescription refill changed and this older lady named Alice did not have the patience helping me cancel it or get it sent to another location I was in. She immediately hung up the phone when I said I would be fine changing the location and gave me the nastiest attitude. If you don’t know how to do your job or don’t like working there, then quit. It’s so annoying that someone who is managing my medication can have such an ugly personality doing a simple aspect of their job. The fact this pharmacy is in Sugar Land, a high-end area, is bizarre that there are workers like that in medicine. Do a personality check on your workers."

"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 7 years and I’ve always experienced poor customer service and long wait times but due to the proximity to my house I never changed. But today was the last straw. I arrived to the pharmacy desk at 115 pm and in the MIDDLE of servicing me, they informed me that they close for lunch at 130 and I would have to come back or wait. Like literally I had one Rx in hand and just needed 2 more. I’ve never encountered this from any establishment EVER. Finish the customer you have and then close. Alice the pharmacy manager literally closed the wire gate in my face. She should be fired on the spot. I will be transferring all my prescriptions immediately and I suggest everyone else do the same."

"Older lady pharmacy assistant has no people skills. Woman was abrupt and not willing to explain pharmacy policy. Woman repeated multiple times that the insurance card I gave her is not an insurance card when in fact it is. Not my fault she didn't recognize it. After going back and forth explaining that indeed it is an insurance card she changedher tune saying that there is no health benefit with CVS which is not accurate either since I'm able to get my medication just fine."

"I've been a loyal customer here for many years. However the front clerk "Shahrukh" will try to sign you up for the CVS care subscription WITHOUT informing you that there's a 5$ a month subscription. He pretends it's a free 10$ off. I have warned him twice not to do this, but I still see him doing this. I assume he's getting commission."

"BEWARE: The attendant here will attempt to "sign" you up for a CVS Carepass which he sells off of giving you a discount today and when you ask if there is a charge he is not honest! And states that there is no charge it is just a discount for shopping at CVS. I am now being charged $5 a month for CVS Care Pass. Beware of this scam store location."
