"I love the convenience of the Twilight Clinic, although now I'm wondering what cost we're getting this ease of access. I took my daughter in last weekend for a cough and the resident was very focused on her ears and the fact that she had lost her tube in one ear and the other was just sitting waiting to fall out in the other. Our appointment lasted almost an hour and a half and resulted in several residents and nurses digging in her ear repeatedly and flushing her ear out in order to try and get this tube out, unsuccessfully. They then recommended a referral to their ENT ( even though obviously we have an ENT if she has tubes). I contacted my daughter's doctor and was told that they absolutely should not have flushed the ear because that can cause more damage and we need to be seen by them as soon as possible. So now, that's a day from work and another office visit - and she still has the original symptoms with no improvements."

"I was billed for $400+ after insurance after asking for a COVID and RSV test for my daughter. Unfortunately, the doctor and staff coded the test and were able to tell me exactly what cold she had (who would ever need this?) After going through the appeals process for 2 years they would not budge even though in her doctors notes it says that we only asked for her to be RSV and COVID tested. I would stay far far away. The pamphlet they give you about surprise billing is a joke."

"Wow, I just won't be able to say enough good things! I have my grandbabies for 2 weeks while their parents are out of town. They were so sick.! Called got an appt. 2 hrs later we were there! Dr. Asked all the valid questions!! Was kind, and the kids just loved him. Everyone was kind ! They are on it there! I wish this was available when my children were little!!"

"I waited over two hours for my soon to be seen. Keep in mind this is an appointment only clinic. The redeeming quality was that the physician was excellent and thorough. I have no complaints about the care my child received."

"Everyone was wonderful and took great care of our little sick baby girl. This was her first illness and they eased our minds and made her (and us feel better). We hope she never gets sick again, but when she inevitability does...we will bring here back here :) Night & weekend hours are such a huge help! Got her in within 2 hrs of our call. Absolutely would recommend this clinic over any UTC etc."
