"If I could rate ZERO stars I would. CISD transportation is a joke. .... No concern for our children and their safety or the fact that parents rely on the safe transportation to and from school. My sons route all of the sudden was changed and he is now being dropped off on the corner of a dangerous county road. They used to drop him off and pick him up at the end of my driveway. He is 9 years old. I called with my concerns and I was told it wasn't their problem to worry about how my child gets to and from the bus. PARENTS HAVE JOBS. We can't just leave and that's why we rely on the bus. This road is dangerous and I was told it wasn't convenient to the route for the driver to turn down my street. It is sickening to hear the people who should be concerned with our children's safety to say that's not their problem. There are constantly cars flying down our road and mailboxes being hit. They are completely unreliable and throw all regard for these kids out the window. To be told they don't even have to offer services other than for special needs children and talked to like I'm an inconvenience for calling worried about my child is insane to me. The bus is also never there when scheduled so my son has missed the bus."
"A bus driver there is a liar and is causing issues. So I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week and left voice-mail and all. Not one single response. Sadly if that don't give me the info I demand. And lawsuit will be involved. This place is nothing but trouble and don't care to learn the facts"
