I love the staff, especially Dr. arouse He makes my oldest more comfortable with him And my daughter loves the staff doctor Arous takes the time to hear your concerns, especially with my oldest who has asthma, takes the time to check up on him see how he’s doing My kids and my husband and I love the staff They always take the time to hear our questions and our concerns"

"I had the privilege of being a student at First Steps Pediatrics. I do not gain anything from leaving a review for this practice. Dr. Arouse is incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. He remembers all of his patients. He takes time to teach students, and even more time with parents. Tim, Darcy, Ashley and Joanne are all efficient and amazing at their jobs. Each provider has a skillset that they bring to the group. Everyone is very careful and considerate. The MAs are very hardworking people! Parents are given great respect regarding their choices and concerns. The office is very colorful and clean. Simone and Courtney do a great job making everyone feel welcome and heard. The candy is great, too! If I had a child, I would feel safe bringing them here."

"I just took my son for his first appointment (3y check up) and the whole experience was just amazing. My son LOVED all the colorfulness and found so many little activities and toys to play with in the lobby while Mama filled out paperwork. The front desk ladies were super helpful and so sweet. I wasn’t sure what doctor we’d get because they have a few, but we ended up seeing the Dr. Tim Scifres. He was very nice, told me a million times it was completely okay that my toddler was whipping the paper off the bed and acting like a zoo animal! I was able to bring up my concerns, not feel dismissed whatsoever, and also EASE some of my worries with my son’s development for his age. I HIGHLY recommend this office and the doctors! This place was recommended to me by over 20 mamas and they all love this place as much as I do! (And a plus, if youre not located in Cleburne and driving from out of town, the office is right as you come into Cleburne right across from the high school, and only 2-3 minutes from town (food, stores, etc..)!!"
