"I would not recommend working for this company. I needed to have off for school finals and was not taken off schedule. I even gave a courtesy call to make sure I was not on schedule and I heard in the background from our DON that maybe I should find another job. I had 149 hours of PTO time, never had a sick day, never had off due to COVID-19, I picked up multiple shifts and I stayed working full time and went to college full time. When I contacted corporate about my situation they did nothing and would not even give me anything for all of my PTO time. Now at tax time I am still waiting for my W2. I have been given the runaround about where my W-2 is. Since January 24th I was told they were already sent out, 2 weeks later I was told that some of them got sent back and that Dawn was going to call me back that same day to see if mine was one of them. I never received a call back even if she couldn't find it. I called corporate again on the 10th of February and the lady that answered phone said that they may have sent it out yesterday. I still haven't heard word back from Dawn in the therapy department that was supposed to handle it. I was never contacted when it got sent back, they had my address. I don't know why it wasn't sent to the post office if it was sent to my old employer. I also don't know why my employer wouldn't have called me saying they have my W-2 if they didn't want to mail it. A poor excuse for a big company. When a company treats a good employee like dirt it shows what kind of company they are: DIRT plain and simple I would give them no stars if I could. For the recorded I was not the only former employee that was treated this way."
"This place put my 10 month old baby in a baby swing and she fell out and suffered from a golf ball size hemotoma on her head and then didn't even tell me about it when I picked her up n then waited thru the weekend but then when I asked that Monday when I dropped her off they still said they cudnt remember anything that happened until they went n watched the footage n then told me what happened when I picked her up Monday evening. Bad daycare don't send your kids here when I watched the footage myself when she fell out one of the workers just laughed about it and left my baby just laying there in the floor even though she was closer to her the other lady had to come across the room just to pick her up out the floor."
