"They said that from August to October is 3 months. And when you point out that it’s only 2 months they say well it’s very very close to 3 months. August 7th to October 9th is not 3 months or very close to 3 months. It’s barely 2 months. Not going back there again!!!!"

"I am very disappointed with this clinic. I took my son to get checked out for what looked like chicken pox. The blood test that should have taken at most 2 days took about 7 days comes out negative. They request another blood test because it MUST be chicken pox. Meanwhile the rash is spreading all over his body and not getting better. The PA ordered a referral be done to a dermatologist just incase it's not chicken pox. The referral and the dermatologist appointment took about 5 days to be scheduled. I'm sorry but It doesn't take that long to make a phone call and schedule an appointment. Meanwhile the rash has spread to 90% of my son's body. We had to call and are at this point forced to be rude to get results and an appointment scheduled. I will NEVER take my kids to this clinic again. The dermatologist said it was not chicken pox and was unimpressed that it took so long for him to be referred. A biopsy was ultimately taken to confirm her suspicion of what she thought it was."

"Horrible service more than 4 hour wait for a physical.. very rude personel. And they all look like they don’t know what the hell there doing . Especially a big girl in the back . Soo rude .. omg. .. the wait there has always been horrible but today it was worse everyone in the lobby was complaining about how long they had been there and all well over 5 hours long waiting . Never again will I go to that horrible place I will change dr ASAP"

"Rio and escobares clinic are the best! Doctor B wanting to make all her clients more comfortable in the waiting area, girls in the front were kind and staff in the back and lab area excellent."
