"they forgot my entire order. ordered a meal for my family and they confirmed me through drive through that it was all inside the bag. don’t usually check inside as it’s not difficult to forget 2 burgers and 2 fries. the crew inside seemed to be laughing and not actually working, some without an apron and gloves prepping food. absolutely upsetting."

"Went thru the drive thru and specifically asked for no ketchup on all burgers. I get home to find a burger plain with only KETCHUP. My fries were cold for all combos. The Cokes/drinks tasted like carbonated water. I've tried calling multiple times and the phone is disconnected. So disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!!"
