"Poor customer service. We were never notified that our banana splits were ready and after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter and asked if they forgot about our order. They said the banana splits were ready and were placed in a small refrigerator. They placed them on the counter and it was obvious they were MELTED. We asked if they could make new banana splits and they said that the melted ones were edible and tasted the same as a freshly made banana split. We had a little staredown and we did not get fresh banana splits. You be the judge of their service. Hopefully, you will get better service than we did."
"I wouldn't exactly call it a fast food place, but it's not that bad. Drive thru takes longer. Just, don't like repeating myself when I'm ordering! Other than that, food is great! Always hot, so I guess expect to wait for your order."
