"It is by far so unproffessional that this local, state funded office has terrible service. Its been 3 weeks Ive tried calling and getting a hold of someone with CCS who can check on a case. Ive had to take time out of my work schedule to go in person and have witnessed both receptionists letting the phone ring while they casually have conversation with the police officers/security officers. I wish our congressman Mr. Henry Cuellar sees these reviews of dissapointed cititzens expressing my same concern. This office should be providing excellent customer service to this citys' constituents."
