He listened to my needs to make it a functional and efficient use of a small space. I really appreciate that he did not try to up-sell, but rather started with a lovely basic design, then allowed me to add or change features, providing me the pricing and making suggestions along the way. The installation was a breeze! The installers were awesome. They kept me informed on the process, were efficient and very neat. While my selections were a bit pricey, our closet update will add value to our home and I’m glad we did it right rather than compromising on feature selections (such as the add-on cabinet backs that give our closet a finished look). Closets by Design will give you a fair price and are quite competitive on price with other companies out there. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them."
