They worked with us for several months trying to get a recalcitrant long-term care insurance reimbursement company to acknowledge my mother's dementia, white matter disease & Alzheimer's. They provided multiple assessments of her health & ADLs, and sprang into action the night my mother needed a trip to the ER. From that time through when we had to move my mother into Memory Care, this team provided thoughtful, experienced care for her and supported our family's rather high-maintenance needs.
