"If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a first time single mom with a baby who has had to adjust from breastfeeding to bottle feeding. My son had just turned 4 months old when I had to place him in daycare. I called a lot of daycares in town and chose this one because the classroom size was smaller and there were only a total of 3 other babies in the room my son would be in. My son was only at the daycare for total of 7 days over a span of 3 weeks. At that time, the owners wanted to have a conference and explained to me that my baby just cried and cried all the time and just made me feel like everything I did was wrong. I was informed they were in daycare for x amount of years and haven't ever encountered a baby like mine. I explained that I always held him, so I understood it was going to be an adjustment for him. They also have horrible communication, its almost impossible to get a hold of them or you constantly play phone tag. I also never received a parent handbook, so every time I dropped my baby off I was always learning about their rules. After the conference with the owners, I asked everyone who has ever helped care for my baby how he acted while in their care. They informed me that he was such an easy baby, only cried when he was hungry and was okay with playing in a swing or jumper. I even took him to his pediatrician to make sure there was nothing wrong with him health wise. The pediatrician informed me it takes 28 days for babies to get adjusted to change, and they can feel when they aren't welcome in their environment. So after the recent freeze that we had and the daycare was closed, I made the decision to not send him back. Also, be aware that you will pay a hefty tuition fee, a 100$ deposit and still be required to take lysol spray, Kleenex, and Clorox wipes. Every time I dropped off my son, the kids of all age groups were always mixed together and watching coco melon or something on the tv."

"I have been throughly pleased with my experience with My Family Childcare Guarderia. I came to them after a bad experience with another local daycare. They addressed all of my concerns and have taken great care of my toddler. She has several food allergies and they have done a great job following her care plan from her allergist. Very grateful for the owners and staff for all they do!"

"Transitioning from a daycare my 3 kids had been at since they were 6 weeks to a whole new group of people was not easy when our daycare closed. However, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Eric and all the staff helped make my babies transition as smooth and easy as possible. My Littles love it and it's comforting to know that my babies are safe and well cared for."

"I cannot say enough about My Family Child Care Guarderia! I love the teachers my son has been with since an infant and now a toddler. (Ms Yolanda and Ms Victoria) My son sees his infant teacher and runs to hug her! He had a hard time transitioning over but the staff made him feel secure and comfortable. I can call or text Maria about any concerns or questions and all get answered and seen by her personally. She very involved with the kiddos and parents!"
