"I’ve been waxing consistently for a little over a year now and always refer people to Waxxpot ! My wax specialist is named Keiara and she is very welcoming and comforting. She takes her time making sure every hair is gone as well as touch ups using tweezers. I exfoliate afterwards and have never broke out or had ingrown hairs. The free chapstick is such a blessing too bc I’m always loosing them"
"I’ve been going here for a few months now, the first two wax specialists I went to were great. They made sure I knew what they were doing and we discussed how I wanted my eyebrows to look. Today, I was put with someone different, Cynthia bc my normal girl was sick. This woman did not ask me a single question about what I wanted and made my eyebrows extremely small very square and waxed off the tail off my brows. They look awful. I went back to say I wanted a refund and they said a manager would have to process it and they didn’t know when it would be done?"

"I got folliculitus after getting waxed here... can't be certain it was caused by dirty wax/double dipping, but leaving this here if it happens to multiple people. I was inflamed like never before the moment I was finished getting waxed here. Sucks because I had otherwise good experiences here but won't gamble that again - I am covered in marks now that may take a long time to fade and it is quite embarrassing and has been extremely uncomfortable. When my doctor saw it, she immediately asked - did you get waxed recently? You could chalk it up to poor aftercare but I showed up clean, took all proper precautions, and followed instructions, and the irritation and marks were so quick after this (as soon as the waxing was done) and only got worse while on vacation. Maybe just bad luck? Not sure, but just wanted people to be aware in case this is a reoccuring thing here. Edit) When I reached out about my reaction, I was met with "sorry, we can't really tell you anything other than to talk to your doctor". It was really embarrassing (hence why I am not using my real name) to talk about, and it got me nowhere."
