"I understand liquor prices very greatly from state to state. I also understand that being in a remote location means prices might be higher. That being said, whiskey is much more expensive than I’m used to. This was true for both liquor stores in town. However I still was going to buy something to be respectful. I hate to go in a store and buy nothing. When I got to the counter I was told that the price had increased but had not updated on the label. I’ve had this happen at other stores before and they always honor the price they have listed. Especially when it’s over $20 for a mini bottle of wild turkey. The service was friendly and this is probably great for the locals."
