"My time was rushed and I wasn’t heard when it came to my needs and what I wanted. I believe I wasn’t given very much product and in five mins was the total time I was in & out. I wasted $500.00. I’ve been doing this for a long time and most places give you the maximum amount to make it last for awhile. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ll find the right person who listens and cares about what I’m asking for. I want to feel my hard earned money is being well spent. Good Customer service is handled by giving a little extra which in turn will keep me and I’m sure many customers coming back time and again. This place isn’t worth the amount of money I was and am willing to spend. People really need to listen to their customers and strive to make them happy by listening to their needs. It’s what keeps them loyal and repeat business. Over all it’s all about making money and keeping everyone happy and spreading the word."

"I had my first series of injections with Dr. Ruxer, and I'm never looking back! I was surprised that the process isn't painful. At least, not as painful as you might assume needles going into your face might be! The feeling of anticipating my Botox reaching its full effect was like a child's excitement of opening packages on a Christmas morning. After three days, I woke up and attempted to lift my eyebrows as high as I possibly could with no luck, which was the exact result I had been going for! Dr. Ruxer is professional and caring. She checked on me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my results. I've since done fillers in my cheeks as well. I'm a client for life!"
