"I came to Salt of the Earth by a friend's recommendation when I was suffering from a bad cold. I also suffer with sinus congestion year round. My first time in the Salt booth worked great, I was able to get rid of alot of sinus congestion and felt great when I left. I went ahead and purchased the 3 salt booth treatment package. I had a crazy day and forgot to drink plenty of water as directed and was awful that night. The next day I decided to treat myself to a massage chair treatment and sauna as well as salt booth. I drank plenty of water and felt AMAZING over the weekend. I went back the next Monday and decided to buy a month package of massage chair, infrared sauna and salt booth. I just finished 2 weeks today of doing these things 3 times a week. I am 58 and have suffered from chronic insomnia, sinus issues and chronic back pain which is typically a level 6-7. I would call a good day for me a level 4 pain. I am a big skeptic when it comes to available treatments both medical and holistic as I have always been willing to give anything a try to achieve relief. My past treatments for these health issues both medications and holistic treatments gave little to no relief or had terrible side effects. To say that Salt of the Earth has changed my quality of life is really an understatement! My pain level is now at worst a 2, some days I actually enjoy no pain! My quality of sleep and sinus issues aren't "perfect" but they have GREATLY improved. Sharon and Mark are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
