"This mammogram center has always been above average but today I felt that I must leave an excellent review for the entire staff, but especially for Anita the tech who did my mammogram. Anita is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and kind. My confidence in Anita helped me to relax to stop focusing on the dreaded “squish”! (Which was minimal!) She gave me the best mammogram experience to date (I’m 63) and I will ask for Anita in the future. The girl greeting the office was relaxed, efficient and soft spoken and the office lead was aggressive to make sure everyone was being helped. Thanks to all for making a stressful medical appointment easy and relaxing!"

"This review would have been much lower had it not been for the actual tech, Anita. She was awesome and VERY knowledgeable and professional. However one of the girls at the front desk should not work with the public. She was rude to me and then made one of those "when you say what you're thinking out loud" comments about another lady. Life is hard enough without having to deal with rude front desk people."

"I never thought I'd be writing a review for a place that does mammograms, but this was worth writing about. I've come to the ProScan Red Bank location twice before, and have always appreciated the customer-focused point of view. The waiting room feels more like a living room but without family photos, the front desk staff is always friendly and efficient. On my most recent visit yesterday, the situation Anita, my tecnician, had to work with was more challenging than in the past. I was impressed with how she demonstrated both a commitment to me and a commitment to getting good images. A long time ago, I used to work at a University breast health clinic, so I know what good images look like. Anita got great images. The girls and I are very pleased with the process and the result."

"I've been a patient/client of this facility for years. The office is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly, though a bit rushed. Wait times can be about 20-30 minutes. But, I like coming to this location because it's more welcoming than the cold radiology department of a hospital. Not to mention, it's SO much cheaper if you have an insurance plan like mine that pays on percentages. The star of this year's visit was Anita the radiologist, though. She was patient, gentle, kind, encouraging and thorough while she was doing my mammogram. Having someone with a sweet lightheartedness when you're doing something uncomfortable and emotionally heavy really makes the whole experience that much better."
