"Unbelievably limited beer selection for a store of its size. I literally went to the grocery store down the street for a better craft beer selection."

"Went in to buy only pineapple juice that had zero alcoholic content. I am 23 but forgot my id and even though the pineapple juice was alcohol free was refused the sale because I did not have my id. Absolutely absurd policy."

"Rude customer service Update: Monday 4/12/21 - Went in to buy a 4 pack of an IPA that I frequently buy(I come in about once a week or every other week) and the man upfront scanned my ID and said “it’s no good”. First off, it’s a 2 month old ID so there shouldn’t be any issues. I asked him if he could just enter in the DL number instead to which he replied “It doesn’t work like that.” I then asked him if he could wipe off the barcode on the back and try again(my wallets do get dirty) to which he refused. I understand there’s probably some type of protocol but the fact is the man who has checked me out has been since I’ve been coming and there hasn’t been an issue up until now. My issue is he did not attempt in the slightest to help me out, I can deal with a lot of things but if you’re unwilling to assist me when there’s an issue, I’m not going to bother spending my money when there are other liquor stores around. When you work with customers, you have to be willing to try and help them as much as possible and there was 0 effort made in my situation. As I stated, I have been coming here for months and everyone else was willing to help me out but he simply turned me away because of a minor issue that could’ve been fixed by wiping the back of the card off on a rag or tshirt. Simple fix for a simple issue, but refused purchase anyways."
