"My experience was great. The item I bought was on sale and the clerk was up at the front register so I did not have to wait to check out. I had a wonderful experience this time."
"Scheduled two appts for me and my husband, which was at 6:30 and 7:00 PM. Showed up at 6:15 after checking in on my phone to be told that all vaccine appts are cancelled today since they don’t have anyone to do them. I asked why I was able to schedule online for the appt if that was the case, then was told “I’m not sure why it let you schedule, but there is nothing else we can do for you today.” So we left. Scheduled with Walgreens for the next morning. Don’t waste your time, pharmacy doesn’t have staff and the staff that is there doesn’t care."
"Had to drive to this location because CVS website let me schedule an appt in Odessa for when that clinic was closed. Cost $40 to get a TB test, then $40 to have it read. Staff was quick, efficient, & kind."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The pharmacy is just awful. I was on hold for AN HOUR for something that took about 30 seconds to accomplish, but couldn't be done online or via the automated system, and I don't live there (I was helping my dad who does live there). Today I had to get 2 prescriptions transferred out of there, which of course means that the transferring pharmacy has to call them on the phone, and they warned me that it might not get done today b/c of that issue."
"I've never in my life dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy. They don't answer the phone. They take 24 hours to fill prescriptions. They CANCELLED a necessary medication because it wasn't covered by insurance despite me needing it desperately due to illness without even asking if I planned on paying out of pocket! Sometimes they aren't even open during normal business hours. Their drive thru is rarely open. I've reached the end of my rope with them."
