"My daughter went here for a couple of months and was in the 3 1/2 year old class with Ms. Emani who was beyond AMAZING!. She was switched over to the prek/kindergarten class room and that is where we started having struggles… *MAJOR INCIDENT I was told that she got upset and ran outside of the playground gate which is why we ultimately pulled her from this facility. For starters, the teacher in the Prek class was not friendly at all. She would rush the drop off when trying to make sure my child was okay. The class contained ALOT of kids vs the two teachers they had in there. We started to have incidents where I would pick my child up and nobody would know where she was located so I would have to go up and down the stairs 2-3 times before being advised of the class room she was waiting in, Times I picked her up and her chart reflected she only used the bathroom 1 time through the whole day, She would tell us she was thirsty and her teacher would say she didn’t know where her cup was when it was packed on the side of her bag everyday (which is not an excuse at all). I’ve never seen my child have such a bad emotional roller coaster until attending this facility. If it wasn’t for Ms. Emani I would definitely give this place a lower rating. I hope that she can return in the future with a better learning in place but until then we decided to pull her."

"Our experience with Kiddie Academy has been positive, my two kids enjoy their time there. The fact that there are more teachers in each classroom is a recommendable aspect, as it not only enhances safety but also contributes to a more conducive learning environment."

"I'll start with the good. The ladies here are wonderful. Everyone I encountered is friendly and will actively try to get to know you as a family. I trusted them with my son and felt that they really did care. I love that. But there were some concerns throughout our time at this Kiddie Academy. My son was bit twice and they failed to call us. We had to find out when picking him up. At one point, there was a virus running rampant through his classroom and he soiled himself multiple times over the course of 3 days, which just meant he wasn't being changed enough because that never happened at home despite him being sick. They had a knack for misplacing his clothes, blankets, and cup. There were several times that I picked him up and his shoes were on the wrong feet. All this being said, I do think the girls (teachers) had the best intentions and were really trying, but there were just too many kids in the classroom for 2 teachers. Imagine almost 25 two year olds in one class. Overcrowding was a big issue here. Sometimes I would walk in and we wouldn't even know where to find my son. The heart of the daycare is right and that’s important, but for the amount of money you pay, they need less children in a class and more personal attention. Then they would have the perfect set up. That was my experience."
