"Plus sized Hispanic receptionist in green shirt (not the fit one in the black shirt) at the counter on March 3 was quite slow and not friendly. Other staff members failed to enforce no mats on the big slides rule. Otherwise, okay, play space, just be sure to protect your toddlers from wild older kids."

"Extremely clean! The staff is constantly wiping surfaces and everything is immaculate. The pricing is great! $20 for a kiddo and the parents aren’t charged for accompanying them. And it’s come and go all day long. This is our new go-to spot every Saturday now We have a 17 month old and she’s LOVING the toddler area! She actually took her first independent steps in that padded area. Highly recommended!"

"I have been bringing my kids to Kids Empire since they opened in Mesquite. Mesquite was the original location I went to because it was across the street from my home on Driftwood Dr. 75150. The last couple of years that location has become not such a good place to bring my children. It was very clean, staff very unprofessional and safety concerns. My family and I stopped going to Kids Empire for a while. That was until I found the Hillcrest location. The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by staff members. What I love it that they actually talk to your kids so they are excited to play. Ariana the manger is amazing and it shows throughout her staff. She treats her staff like a team and not just another employee. The Hillcrest location is ALWAYS very clean and organized. Hillcrest keep up the amazing work in being an outstanding representation for Kids Empire."

"Fire alarm went off during our visit. Employees clearly had no idea what to do. They would not open the fire escape doors, which left everyone funneling through one door which also has a gate we had to individually go through. There were multiple children without parents which is very concerning if there had been a real fire. I can only assume the fire alarms were triggered from an employee smoking weed because it clearly smelled like it. The restrooms were unclean & had urine all over the seats. There was an adult inside one of the slide areas blocking kids so only their children could play. Although these should be the real concerns, management would not stop pestering me about wearing shoes while sitting at our table. I took them off as I was walking around. Plenty of other adults (including employees) were wearing shoes, but one of the employees rudely told me I agreed to taking my shoes off by signing the waiver. There is nothing in the waiver stating this. I’m not sure how this place stays open."

"Safe, clean and comfortable for adults. My grandchildren love to come and they can find fun with others even if they don’t bring a friend. Highly recommend!"
