Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

"Tried to call my order ahead (have done this a dozen times before because it is a large order and does not affect their drive through times, the manager even said yes it is a better way for them.) When the woman answered the phone I let her know that I wanted to place the order, she put me on hold and came back on and said they don't take phone orders, and didn't sound like it was even worth trying to explain to her that I have done it many times already. If I could leave zero stars for this Braums I would."

"If I didn't have to check at least one star I wouldn't have. Braughms on south western wasn't a very pleasant one at all,to begin with I stopped eating there some months ago because their bag of burgers wasn't a good experience at all aswell,So since I moved really close to them I figured I would give it another whirl ,not a good visit again .this time not only was their food not to my taste,and I love food period,the customer service was really down right rude non professional and to my experience very racially prejudice after attempting to make a grocery purchase .that's all I can say about braughms and their staff .I know this foody will never give them my business again regardless...upset in Amarillo, yours truly, Dissatisfied ME"

"What happened to this location! It’s in some serious need of some management and or managers! 8 workers in just the front and all that was happening was some young worker was arguing with a lady on her change. Another worker went and grabbed dirty trays and almost ran into a little girl being careless. He did not even apologize or smile. I didn’t even mention the fact that the only reason I know how inside was is because the drive thru was super held up. Waited 10 minutes behind 4 people and there was no one in front of the person ordering. This person was still in line when I left from inside and decided that my money and time was not worth it!"

"Take your family somewhere else. The store was completely dirty flies around the entire restaurant the restaurant appears fully staffed and every single trash can was overflowed. It’s 2:30 pm did no one throw out the trash from the night before? The second we got here sat with our kids for 45 minutes and not a single person threw it out and my wife ordered a ice cream candy mix and it came out watery enough to where she just asked them to throw it out instead, fries were undercooked and it was just overall an unpleasant experience."

"Good place to eat, even thou my wife and daughter got ill from there stomach for what ever reason. The food and ice cream were good. I was told by them if I have a stomach of Steel, lol. I did feel some effects after eating here but not as bad as them. I will try it again as I'm a hard head but my family said they won't. I hope it was a one time deal cause, they are friendly and I enjoyed the burger and banana split."
