It seems that the proper training has been beneficial as the essential & obvious knowlege of staff. Judgements, similar to a bar-tender's decisions, are apparent, upon sales of spirits. Kudos to TLS!"

"After having a bad experience at the party spot on bell street I found this little gem. After saying I was going to patronize the party spot chain I learned this is theirs as well, however we were welcomed in with a friendly courteous service and with a smile. Even though they didn’t have everything we needed the service made up for it. This experience should be the customer service standard by which all stores should strive to treat their customers with. I would definitely buy from this store again."
