"Waited 3hrs to be called back for a Urine sample for drug screen. After I mentioned I needed to go several times upon arrival. Once they called my name very rudely she mentioned to empty my pockets and to not flush the toilet. Once I emptied my bladder and came out of the restroom she stated that I would need to do another urine sample because I washed my hands. I was over it and I told her I emptied my bladder and wait 3hrs. But I wasn’t wasting any more of my time at this place and told her to do whatever she wanted with the urine sample and I was done with this place. Probably cost me a job but Never again will I use this location. Incompetent"

"Update to my Update: This facility sent over all paperwork to my employer and they claimed I didn't show for my TB read! Unbelievable! I called and talked to the manager, Erica. She said she would look into it and call my manager. Never did! My manager has been trying to contact her...nothing but voicemail. Update to my original review: I had to come back to get my TB test read 3 days later. They had NONE of my paperwork or any test or immunizations they gave me on file. It's like I was never here for 3 hours on the original visit. So I'm sure my new employer is getting nothing from them. She had me take my arm out of my sleeve AT THE FRONT LOBBY DESK, IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS, to show her my TB test site. Very unprofessional and, not to mention, against my privacy rights. Original review: You have to share all your personal info in front of the whole waiting room. I was first one in, but paperwork wouldn't work on iPad. So I moved to the end of the line because of their technical difficulties. Only there for a drug screen for work. Should've been in and out, but I was there 3 hours. I had to do bloodwork and nurse couldn't get it first try. Everyone else in the office refused to try. Told me I would have to go somewhere else."

"To be charged $175, I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour be seen or be charged to literally not be told much of anything and literally just LOOKED at. If I have staph, like I was told, it would be helpful to know if it’s contagious. Being charged for a test that never happened is ridiculous. Don’t come here unless you wanna throw money away for the lowest quality care you can get. PS, maybe don’t have sick practitioners who don’t even have a voice taking care of your patients."

"Poor receptionist. Not friendly to customers. Gossiping loudly in the back but giving customers hour wait times. Doesn’t move with agency or customer care. Very rude to a mother that has been waiting all day to be seen, completely disregarded her questions and frustrations"
