The Homegrown School

"We've been at Homegrown for a little over six months and it is the BEST daycare/preschool we've been to. My daughter (now 4) has been in care since she was 3 months old and we've been to 3 or 4 other daycares (mostly EAC locations) over this time so I've had a wide range of care experiences. Homegrown school's teachers are superb. It is owner-operated by the main teachers Mayra and Lara and they are both super knowledgeable and invested in the school and students. There are like 6? other teachers and assistants too, and they are always over-staffed so the kids get a lot of 1:1 attention. My 4 year old and bonus-5 year old both attend, and they both have some special needs. Mayra and Lara don't just accommodate special children, they work to incorporate their needs into lesson plans and activities. They have been so amazing with my girls, I'm so extremely grateful for these teachers and this school. I can't recommend it enough ☺️"

"The Homegrown School is the BEST for my family and child. It checks-off the fundamental requirement that my daughter is safe and cared for. As well as: The teachers are kind, caring, provide feedback on my daughter's behavior and development, and are highly communicative. The teachers show each each other kindness and respect. My daughter spends time outside with plenty of outdoor playground time as well as regular nature hikes where she learns how to respect, appreciate, and interact with nature. My daughter learns a lot everyday, including how to garden and take care of animals, as well as counting and vocabulary words in Spanish. My daughter loves her teachers and friends. The list goes on.
