ARA Diagnostic Imaging - Manor

"I'm always a little nervous having a mammogram and a bone density test but ARA offers you modesty, knowledge of procedure, courtesy and physical assistance when needed. I am short and always need a stool for a bone density test and I was helped without having to ask. I was also given directions how to find the lobby. I always get turned around, but not today."

"Great experience at the ARA Manor. The ease of check in and pre-visit steps was a plus. I went in without my new insurance cards and I was able to email them right there on the spot. My costs were explained in detail and a payment plan was set-up. The techs were very nice and the environment was calming. After my mammo/ultrasound she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed . Thank you ARA! :)"

Definitely my favorite ARA. :) I did feel really bad for the front office staff trying to reschedule with patients who apparently felt ARA was responsible for the weather. They were still super kind and patient on their end of the phone line!"
