Primrose School of Pearland Parkway

"We started looking for a daycare / montessori when my son was 15 months. We were worried because he had not been around people much other than his parents and grandparents. He also had a ton of allergies - milk, seafood, and tree nuts. We visited over 7 schools for him and read every single review for each of the places. We were most impressed with Primrose. Miss Natalie was professional and patient with us during our tour as we asked question after question. I also loved their system of having every kids picture in the classroom with their allergies listed next to their face. They seemed very organized. When we started, our son would still cry at drop off and took longer than most kids to adjust but the school helped us through it. The teachers were loving and looked out for our son and I would literally call every 1-2 hours and ask for an update and they would often send a photo through the portal when I did. About 6 months into our time there, we started Oral Immunotherapy for our son’s milk allergy. As a part of that, we were able to trial and error small portions of foods that contained milk. Every Monday, Miss Kari and I still go through the weekly menu and talk through what foods my son should try for the week and what portions. Now my son has overcome his milk allergy and the school was a huge help in getting us there. Other praises I’ll sing: even though kiddos can switch classes every 6 months - 1 yearish, the teachers are so phenomenal that neither our son or us have had a hard time with the transitions, they were seamless. He also was behind on walking and his vocabulary when he started and both improved dramatically when he started. Now he goes into school with a smile on his face and talks about his teachers and his friends at home. It’s a home away from home for him. Great job Primrose!"

"Primrose of Pearland Pkwy is one of the BEST schools in the area!!! I have two children who attend here currently, both started out as infants (2020 and 2021). This school is very organized and they have an awesome staff! I have loved the experience from the infant room all the way up to the ppk room. Every teacher we have encountered during our time here, has been nurturing and kind! As a teacher myself, I wanted a place where my children didn't just play all day, but also had learning experiences built it. Primrose has a curriculum that does just that and has really prepared my kids for each stage of their early life. My oldest child is about to transition to her next phase next year (going off to elementary school) and I am extremely grateful that Primrose has helped us get her ready to do so! I would recommend this school a 1000 times over to anyone looking for a GOOD RELIABLE daycare/preschool program!!"

"I initially considered leaving a 1-star review without much explanation, but after some reflection, I feel compelled to share my concerns. My niece recently joined the daycare program here, and on multiple occasions, the staff seemed uncooperative in supporting her and her family. While I wasn't physically present, the photos provided by the staff depicted my niece in considerable distress. This deeply troubles me, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of enrolling their child here to explore other options. As a parent myself with an 11-month-old son, I wouldn't consider placing him in a place like this. Not Prime Rib."

"I heard so many horror stories about this daycare. Strapping in kids who are 10 months old for about an hour when they should be crawling or learning how to walk. How are the babies supposed to develop within their age range? Teachers not listening to parents when they ask about their nap schedule. I will never ever have anyone go to this daycare. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating the babies and their parents this way!"

"My children have been attending primrose close to 2 years now. Since the beginning the front office staff helped put my anxiety at ease. The staff along with the teachers will regularly send updates of how my girls were doing specially those first couple of days. They help address my concerns if any arised, in a timely manner. More than once my children have came home and surprised us with things they have learned at Primrose. We love, & recommend Primrose School of Pearland Parkway."
