"I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent furniture purchase from your store. Every aspect of the transaction, from the sofa cushions to the overall quality and assembly, has left me thoroughly disappointed. The sofa cushions I received are of shockingly low quality, a far cry from what was on display in the showroom. The variance in quality raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of your product representation. Moreover, the delivered furniture does not match the dimensions of the floor samples. This lack of consistency has caused significant inconvenience in my living space and adds to the overall disappointment. The assembly team, presumably overburdened with a high number of deliveries, performed below acceptable standards during my delivery. The rushed assembly resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and attention to detail. This experience falls far below the standard I expected from your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments."

"Michael helped us with a dinette set at the Woodlands store. Very nice, polite and got us a better price than the website listing. We will definitely use Michael again the next time we need furniture."

"May cancel purchase- Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by the friendly salesman. We let him know I had been pre-approved and were there for a couch. My husband and I were browsing through the couches while he was entering our information into his tablet. Things were going fine until we decided on the couch. Then his tablet quit working properly AND the posted price was different than what was in the system, so we got the manager involved and everything went down hill from there. We were in the store for 2 more hours while they tried to rectify the situation. They each kept calculating different things on their phone calculators asking “what if” scenarios that involved discounts on the incorrectly posted price, which still put us at a higher balance, then if we just got the correct price; almost as if they didn’t understand math. At one point the manager tried to sell us a discounted lamp but couldn’t get that to ring up properly either. We ended up paying full price and have to go back to get the “big managers” approval to refund us the $600 from the system price.. All in all, we left the store completely frustrated and felt like we had gotten scammed. If when we go back to get the $600 refund, anymore shadiness comes up, we are canceling the purchase. As soon as we left I said, we should have just walked out from the start of the incorrectly posted price that they couldn’t honor. Lesson learned, but I will never go to Ashley again, even if this transaction works out."

"Adriana was the best sales person ever. Never rushed us or made us feel like she was hovering. The perfect balance of making sure we had support but the space to do it at our leisure. The variety of items is good and priced fairly for the quality they are. On a personal note I am happy a company like Ashley would be progressive and not require their employees to covering their tattoos and allowing them to express themselves. It shows they value their employees and allows them to be genuine and not fake."

"Kyle and Evan were outstanding during my furniture buying experience. Kyle came out in a Doctors Lab Coat and acted as the sleep doctor to assist in our mattress purchase, while Kyle crunched the numbers on our new bedroom set. The deal the offered us just bent the wallet a little more than I had hoped. But, none the less was an outstanding bargain for all we were purchasing. Great staff, and excellent furniture buying experience. I highly recommend this location for your next furniture purchase!"
