"We had a great experience at this Rooms To Go location in Pearland, TX. We looked at the website prior to coming in so we had an idea of what kind of mattress we wanted. We were assisted by Mi Mi and she showed us exactly what we had in mind and we asked to see a few other options. Mi Mi was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We ended up picking out a mattress in our budget, and had a great experience while doing so."

"I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. NO RETURN POLICY!!! so now I have to sit down too uneven color and unfinished sofa sectional. Makes me upset every time I look at it. I will never purchase or recommend from Rooms to Go!!!"
