"I liked it a lot, but absolutely any problem they send your child home until they test that it's not covid. And they don't use pharmacy tests, you need a medical report from the hospital they want, the way they want it. My daughter has been there for two months and has not been there for more than 15 days because of this. And even with negative tests, they didn't want to take her back. It's absurd."

"I can't give this day care center enough praise! The women who work here are amazing. My son has been attending this day care for 3 years, and is about to leave to attend his first year in school. All of his teachers went above and beyond to create a loving, safe, nurturing environment for him to attend. He made many friends, and we will definitely miss this place. Everyone that work's here is professional, attentive, great with communication, accepting, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our first day care experiences wasn't the best--the 'caretaker's weren't friendly or receptive to kids---we knew from the first moment we walked into this place that we finally found a great place for our son. This is most definitely a kid-centric place, and all of the staff places their undivided attention on the kids---unlike our previous experience at another place---these women love what they do, and aren't simply here for the paycheck, and it shows---I've never seen a kid leave this place unhappy, scared, or in distress. If anything, my son is bummed that it's not open on the weekends so he can see his friends. If you are looking for a clean, safe, nurturing environment, that is focused on children, with an amazing staff…look no further than the Y Living Center on Southcross."
