"I took my 3yr old son here because he had been experiencing flu like symptoms. He's had a slight fever the past day but it spiked to 104 so I brought him here. Never again. The front desk lady wasn't rude but more so unconcerned. The nurse who's name I didn't get because she didn't give it, had no empathy or bedside manner. She swabbed my son for flu and was rather rough and didn't offer any apology for making my son cry. Then she left us in the room. We waited with no explanation of what we were waiting for. I assumed we were waiting on test results but it would have been nice for someone to say that. APRN Seema then came in to see my son and said the flu test came back negative but it seems like the flu. She said bc he had fever for 2 days already that it's too late to start him on Tamiflu so just let it pass through. She then said, " I mean I can send a prescription if you want me to." I said no. I mentioned that I was worried about my son's shortness of breath and asked how his lungs sounded and she said oh its just flu breathing. What? I've never heard of that and also flu was negative so.... what? I then asked her if they tested for covid and she asked if I wanted her to. Why am I having to tell you what to test for. If flu is negative then there is clearly something else causing his fever. She said she can do a covid test but it's a PCR test and results will take 48 hrs. I declined the test and am taking him to his PCP tomorrow. ****UPDATE**** My son's PCP tested him for several other things and he came back positive for Strep."

"The provider was amazing! Had great rapport with my son and validated all of his questions. She was very knowledgeable. I liked her a lot! The rest of the staff was also very friendly! We were in and out within 30 minutes. Couldn't have been any easier!!"

"My pediatrician had given me numbers for after hours. And this place had better reviews than Texas children’s urgent care. I love that this place allows you to make an appointment online, fill out all paperwork ahead of time. We arrived and they took our payment and checked us in. We waited in lobby maybe 10min. Nurse was very nice and took my sons vitals. Doctor Seema was nice too. And made me feel at ease. I’m a first time mom with a 3.5mo old. And I wanted to be safe than sorry. Luckily there was nothing to worry about and my son was fine. Im so happy to have had a good experience and I will definitely come back if needed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you Night Light!"
